Creating your owner account and a live profile + menu is free. Optional growth services are approved as you enable them.
What happens after I create an owner account?
You land in the owner dashboard, where you can add the shop profile, license details, hours, services, photos, menu, and growth options before submitting updates for review.
Can I claim a listing that is already on Cannabox?
Yes. Open the public listing and use the claim path, or contact Cannabox with the shop name and city so we can connect the existing profile to the right owner account.
How are prices verified?
Your published menu prices feed the index directly, and shoppers plus our team verify prices with photo proof so what people see stays current and trusted.
Do I need a POS integration?
No. POS sync is optional. It just keeps stock and availability fresher when your team wants that level of automation.
Can Cannabox help with reviews?
Yes. We support compliant review links and customer prompts for honest feedback without tying rewards to positive reviews.
Do discounts or rewards require positive reviews?
No. Discounts, vouchers, and loyalty rewards must stay separate from review sentiment. Customers can be invited to leave honest feedback, not paid for positive ratings.

Does featured placement guarantee a ranking?
