Refund Policy

All payments made for medical consultations are for the time and professional services of licensed practitioners.

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Patients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation time may not be eligible for a refund.

If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our platform or practitioner unavailability, patients are entitled to either:

• a rescheduled consultation at no additional cost, or
• a full refund upon request

Refunds will not be issued based on the medical outcome of a consultation (e.g., if a prescription is not granted). The decision lies solely with the licensed practitioner.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
