1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Cannabox’s website, app, or related services, you agree to these terms. You confirm that:

• You are at least 20 years old; and
• You will use any medical or cannabis-related service only where you are legally eligible.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Cannabox publishes comparison information and provides technology that connects users with independent shops and practitioners.

Prices and listings come from shops, community submissions, and other sources. We review submitted proof, but:

• An observed price is dated information, not a live quote or stock guarantee. Confirm price, availability, and eligibility with the shop.
• Reviews and listings reflect their contributors. They are not medical advice or Cannabox endorsements.

The licensed clinic and its authorised practitioners are responsible for clinical assessments, diagnoses, prescriptions, and medical records. Cannabox is responsible for the platform, its security, and its own service communications.

Product supply and delivery belong to the relevant dispensary or delivery partner.

Cannabox does not guarantee a particular medical outcome, product, price, or shop experience.

4. Lawful use and eligibility

You must follow applicable Thai law and any requirements relevant to your use of Cannabox, including:

• Age and identity requirements.
• Rules for controlled herbs and medical prescriptions.
• Rules for remote medical care when you request it.
• Rules for business listings, advertising, and user content.

We may check age, identity, eligibility, and submitted information, and refuse or suspend an activity where needed for safety or compliance.

5. Accounts and contributions

When using an account or contributing content, you agree to:

• Provide accurate prices, dates, shop details, identity, and contact information.
• Upload only proof, photos, reviews, and other material you have the right to share.
• Avoid fabricated prices, duplicate submissions, spam, impersonation, and misleading reviews.
• Keep your account credentials secure and report unauthorised use.
• Respect other users, shops, staff, and practitioners.
• Give complete and truthful medical information when requesting care and follow practitioner instructions.

We may review, reject, correct, or remove submissions and suspend accounts for misuse. Points may be withheld or reversed if a contribution is rejected or fraudulent.

6. Telemedicine Consent & Limitations

If you request a remote consultation through Cannabox, you understand that:

• Telemedicine has limitations and may not replace in-person care.
• Practitioners may decline or terminate a consultation if information is insufficient.
• Physical examination may be limited or unavailable.
• Emergency or urgent conditions are outside the scope of our Services.
• You must provide complete and truthful information for proper assessment.

For emergencies, call 1669 or seek immediate in-person care.

7. Price proof, reviews, and public content

We may review submitted price proof, photos, reviews, and listing details before displaying them. In particular:

• Approval means we checked the available evidence; it does not guarantee a current shop price.
• Receipt and menu proof may contain personal information and should be submitted only when you may share it.
• Public contributions may show your chosen display name, date, shop, price, and review text.

You keep rights to your original content. You allow Cannabox to host, review, display, format, and use it to operate and explain the service while it is available.

8. Prescriptions & Medical Documents

A licensed practitioner may issue or decline medical documents, including:

• PorThor 33 prescriptions,
• Medical certificates,
• Consent forms or treatment notes.

Documents may be verified using secure links or QR codes.

Documents are strictly for the named patient and must not be altered or transferred.

The clinic manages clinical records. Cannabox may receive prescription status or documents needed to support the patient and requested fulfilment, and may disclose information where required by law.

9. Partner services, orders, and delivery

Shops are responsible for their listing details, offers, stock, and fulfilment. A listed price is not an order or reservation.

If you use a partner, order, or delivery flow:

• The shop or provider may need to verify your identity and prescription.
• Price, availability, coverage, and timing may change before fulfilment.
• Consultation refunds follow our refund policy; product refunds and substitutions follow applicable law and the seller’s terms.

Partner enquiries, jobs, and applications connect users with independent businesses. Cannabox does not guarantee a response, placement, or transaction.

10. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Cannabis may cause:

• Drowsiness, dizziness, impaired judgment,
• Increased heart rate or anxiety,
• Interactions with medications,
• Psychiatric effects in sensitive individuals.

Do not drive or operate machinery after consumption. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Follow practitioner dosage and guidance.

11. Intellectual Property

Cannabox’s software, design, brand, and original editorial material belong to Cannabox or its licensors. User content remains subject to section 7.

You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not scrape, republish, or commercially exploit its data or design without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Cannabox is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Independent medical decisions or advice.
• Inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable shop prices, stock, listings, or third-party content.
• Product effects, partner actions, or delivery delays.
• Legal or regulatory action caused by your use of the service.
• Unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect credentials.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service may be interrupted or contain errors.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from:

• Content you submit without the right to do so.
• Fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.

14. Suspension & Termination

Cannabox may suspend or terminate your access for:

• A breach of these terms or applicable law.
• Fraudulent submissions, reward abuse, harassment, or safety concerns.
• A valid request from an authority or another legal obligation.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or service updates.

Material changes will be announced where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law.

Disputes shall be resolved by Thai courts unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.
