Delete your Cannabox MD account
You can request deletion from the patient app or by email, even if you no longer have the app.
- Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your Cannabox MD account.
- Use the subject “Cannabox MD account deletion request”. Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.
- The support team will verify account ownership and confirm the outcome. Do not email identity photos or medical records.
What will be deleted
Your account profile, contact information, saved preferences, draft applications, and identity uploads that are not required for a retained clinical record.
What may need to be retained
The licensed clinic may need to keep prescription, consultation, identity-verification, or payment records to meet medical, tax, or legal obligations. Support will explain any retained records and applicable retention requirements. Retained records stay restricted.
Support will confirm the expected completion time after verifying your request. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
