Cannabox coordinates your application and documents. The authorized Thai practitioner assesses your medical history, decides whether treatment is appropriate and is responsible for any prescription. Application support and payment do not determine the clinical decision.
Before booking, ask for the treating provider’s name, profession, licence details and consultation format. Check those details through the relevant professional regulator or an independently obtained provider contact.

What is shared with your chosen shop?
When selecting dispensary delivery or applying through a partner shop, you review a separate consent for sharing your name, contact details and operational prescription status with that shop. This consent does not cover your medical answers, application uploads or marketing. Sending the original PT33 to the shop is arranged separately.

How does the prescription process work?
Submit your details and complete a consultation by call with an authorized Thai practitioner. If treatment is appropriate, they may issue a PT33 prescription specifying your dosage and treatment period.

What conditions can be assessed?

How much does the consultation cost?
The consultation costs ฿500 for a medical assessment by call and PT33 documentation if prescribed. Follow-up appointments, cannabis and original PT33 delivery are not included. Confirm the document-delivery fee before payment. Paying for the assessment does not guarantee a prescription.
What documents do I need?
Have a valid Thai ID or passport and your contact details ready. Bring any relevant medical records and a list of your symptoms, current medicines and allergies.
How long does the review take?
Reviews usually take 1–2 hours during working hours. A practitioner may need more information before reaching a decision. This review window does not include delivery of the original PT33; confirm document-delivery timing separately.
How long does a prescription cover?
The prescribed quantity of cannabis flower must cover no more than 30 days of treatment per issuance. Follow the period and dosage on your PT33 and speak with your practitioner if you need further treatment.
Will I receive a PDF or an original PT33?
If prescribed, the team explains how to receive your documents. For dispensary delivery, bring your PDF and ID when you visit; we send the original PT33 to your selected shop. For delivery to your address, allow about 4 days and confirm the courier fee and arrival date separately.
How do I request further treatment?
Existing Cannabox patients can use the renewal form to request a follow-up assessment. Use the ID or passport and contact details from your previous application and describe your current symptoms. The form lists a ฿500 consultation fee; confirm document-delivery charges before paying. A further prescription depends on the practitioner’s assessment.
What happens if I’m not approved?
Not receiving a prescription alone does not qualify for a refund. Separate terms apply to cancellations and incomplete services.
