Once Cannabox MD returns an approved PT33, authorised staff can review its status, dates, prescription number, and available allowance inside the customer record.

- The remaining prescription allowance

Connect each sale to its stock batch
A generic stock balance may show that a shop has 200 grams of a product. It may not show which supplier delivered those grams, which licence and source documents support them, or which batch supplied a patient sale.
PorThorOS records stock by batch. Staff retain the supplier, purchase order, batch code, received quantity, expiry information, destination branch, and supporting documents.
