Five Medical Cannabis Producers in Thailand: How to Compare Them

Five Medical Cannabis Producers in Thailand: How to Compare Them
Legislation2026

A useful comparison of cannabis producers begins with their documented activities and the evidence relevant to a particular supply. It should not rank medical effectiveness by strain name, facility size or a promotional description.

This page retains the five companies from our earlier article, presented alphabetically. It is not a market-wide ranking or an independent facility audit. We checked the public sources linked below on 6 September 2026; company statements are attributed, while current certification scope and transaction-specific records still require verification.

The five producers and what their sources establish

ProducerPublished informationWhat a buyer should verify
ACTERA / TarateraTaratera describes ACTERA as an indoor cultivation operation following GACPCertificate issuer, covered site, validity and the batch supplied
Iridescent MedThe company describes medical-cannabis production and export activitiesWhich operating entity and facility support the proposed supply
Salus BioceuticalThe company lists extracts, medical products and Thai herbal preparationsWhether the transaction concerns flower, an extract or a finished regulated product
Thai Stick Co., Ltd.Its official profile links to company information and certification documentsExact company identity, document scope and current validity
World Pharma SolutionsThe company describes cultivation, processing and export, with EU-GMP partnersWhich activities it performs itself and which belong to a partner

These summaries establish what the companies publish. They do not certify that every statement on those sites is independently verified.

ACTERA / Taratera

Taratera's cultivation page describes ACTERA and its relationship with Advanced Canna Technologies. It states that the facility follows GACP. Ask for the certificate covering the legal entity and site that would supply the batch, rather than assuming the broader brand name is sufficient.

The former article assigned effects such as daytime relief to named strains. Those treatment claims have been removed. A producer's strain list is not clinical evidence that a particular patient will benefit.

Iridescent Med

Iridescent Med's company page describes its medical-cannabis production and export business. For a commercial assessment, distinguish cultivation, processing and export activities, and request the documents relevant to the actual facility and product.

The earlier “largest producer” assertion and production-volume comparisons lacked a consistent, verified basis. We no longer use them to award a first-place ranking. A capacity figure also needs a reporting period and a distinction between planned capacity and actual output.

Salus Bioceutical

Salus's product categories include extracts and finished preparations, while its Thai herbal-products page identifies specific products. This makes product classification especially important: documentation for a finished preparation is not automatically the documentation for raw flower.

If a manufacturing standard is cited, check the certified activity and facility. Do not interpret a company's range of products as evidence that every item has the same registration, contents or intended use.

Thai Stick Co., Ltd.

Thai Stick's official company profile links to its story, cultivars and regulatory documents. Use those links to identify the company concerned; the phrase “Thai stick” can also describe other products or businesses.

Request the complete, current documents for the proposed supply. The old article's claims about tours, workshops and medical effects are not retained as current verified services or benefits. Contact the company directly for any visitor arrangements.

World Pharma Solutions

World Pharma Solutions' about page describes cultivation, post-harvest processing and export, and distinguishes its work from activities performed with EU-GMP partners. A partner's certification should not be silently presented as the producer's own certificate for every activity.

Ask who is responsible for processing, release and any export paperwork in the proposed transaction. The previous claims about bespoke patient medicines were broader than the evidence available from the company information reviewed.

GACP is one part of the evidence

A certificate needs an issuer, named holder, site, scope and validity. A laboratory report needs to match the relevant sample or harvest. Neither alone guarantees treatment benefit or establishes that every sale or export is permitted.

Thailand's official sourcing notice also recognises routes beyond Thailand Cannabis GACP, subject to the conditions stated in the document. Official sourcing notice. Our GACP reading guide explains the distinction.

How to compare a proposed supply

Use the same request for every producer: identify the product and batch, responsible legal entity, applicable permissions, source evidence, relevant testing, storage information and how discrepancies will be resolved. Compare the records received, not the confidence of the promotional wording.

For patients, a supplier comparison does not replace assessment or prescribing. For operators, the traceability guide explains how to connect the paperwork to received stock.

Revised 6 September 2026. The five names are retained without an unsupported ranking. Unverified capacity comparisons, blanket certification assurances and strain-specific treatment claims have been withdrawn.
